substrate, not the surface.
Peeling, bubbling and delamination almost always trace back to preparation that was rushed or skipped. We do not quote a coating without quoting the preparation that makes it hold.
- Mechanical preparation. Diamond grinding or shot blasting to open the concrete profile — no acid etching, no painting over laitance.
- Moisture and crack management. Substrate moisture tested, cracks and spalls cut out and repaired, joints treated before the system goes down.
- Specified build-up. Primer, body coat and topcoat chosen for the actual traffic — forklifts, trolleys, hot water, chemicals or bare feet.
- Cure time respected. We tell you the real return-to-service times for foot and vehicle traffic, and we plan the schedule around them.
